Needed set up ESlint, StyleLint, Prettier and Babel.
For ESlint we will use Standard config with some settings for React and TypeScript.
For StyleLint we will use Stylelint-config-standard with SCSS as a preprocessor and config for it.
For Prettier we will use Prettier-config-standard.
