Some colleagues have just returned from EGU 25, and one of them sent me the link for this paper: A software ecosystem for multi-level provenance management in large-scale scientific workflows for AI applications (https://dl.acm.org/doi/abs/10.1109/SCW63240.2024.00253)
Clicking on the link to Download the video, you'll get the presentation they did for SC24, where they explain their yProv4WFs solution was written to work with Cylc and StreamFlow (this latter one is interesting too, and based on CWL).
And maybe it could be added under a section like Provenance. I think this is the first time I see a PROV compatible solution that works with Cylc. But I suspect others might have done things similar to this (here in EU provenance has become quite important for workflows, especially using open standards like PROV, RO-Crate, Croissant, METACLIP, etc.).
Hello,

This is the link to their repo: https://github.com/HPCI-Lab/yProv4WFs
And the link to the details on how to get provenance for Cylc 8 workflows: https://github.com/HPCI-Lab/yProv4WFs/blob/main/yprov4wfs/yProv4WFs_cylc/HowToRun_yProv4WFs_Cylc.md
