It is recommended to use the starter repo in https://github.com/elizaOS/eliza/blob/develop/README.md#use-the-starter-recommended, but it does not really work. I would recommend remove that recommendation and point to the Quickstart Guide instead to save new users all the pain.

The problem with that is that the eliza repo does not work inside an other mono repo. That's the way I'd like to use the starter for.

Do you know when 0.1.9 will be published ? The 0.1.8-aplpha1 dist/* are empty :)

looks like the starter now uses 0.1.9 core: https://github.com/elizaOS/eliza-starter/blob/main/package.json#L21
