Description
For some reason the test crash case "quit-on-crashed-event" fails on 32-bit Windows for fork PRs (the electron-ia32-testing-pr job). It does not seem to fail on 32-bit Windows for branch PRs (the electron-ia32-testing job). Here is an example build that fails:
