"Open folder" in dev tools does not work

Operating System (Platform and Version): macOS Mojave
Output of node_modules/.bin/electron --version on last known working Electron version (if applicable): 2.x

Expected Behavior

"Open folder" should work in dev tools

Actual behavior

"Open folder" option does not work.
