@fh-ms if I understand you correctly, I need both included, if I want to take advatgae of them, for example withGradle: dependencies {

Yes, that's correct. You have to register the type handlers also: final EmbeddedStorageFoundation<?> foundation = EmbeddedStorage.Foundation();
foundation.onConnectionFoundation(BinaryHandlersJDK8::registerJDK8TypeHandlers);

Ok, because my assumptions that was that if I did 17, 8 is automatically included (becasue Java 17 includes everything from Java 8) , which is not the case. Maybe you need to clarify this in the docs. |
