Problem Description

The eCAL gui applications don't have any icons on Ubuntu 25.04

How to reproduce

Install/Compile eCAL on Ubuntu 25.04. Start an gui application and observe the following:

The icons are missing and the error QPixmap::scaled: Pixmap is a null pixmap is shown.

How did you get eCAL?

Custom Build / Built from source

Environment

  • eCAL: Current master (842f536 ) or release v6.0.0-rc.3
  • Ubuntu 25.04 in VM
  • Qt (default) 6.8.3
