Describe the bug

The che-dashboard pod logs had the following error:
Starting Dashboard backend server...
sed: can't create temp file '/public/dashboard/devfile-registry/air-gap/index.jsonXXXXXX': Permission denied

Che version

7.104@latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. Deploy Eclipse-Che.
  2. Open the dashboard logs.
  3. The following error: sed: can't create temp file '/public/dashboard/devfile-registry/air-gap/index.jsonXXXXXX': Permission denied will be in the log.

Expected behavior

  1. Deploy Eclipse-Che.
  2. Open the dashboard logs.
  3. The Dashboard server should start without any errors.
