Premature notes for the local-testnet Hermes docker-compose tasks.
The bundled Hermes dev-env, init-dev, gm lib-gm scripts seem to target Docker-less gaiad demo configurations and are not suitable for our docker-compose local-testnet.
However, the following Hermes relayer steps would serve a streamlined bootstrapping approach for the e-Money local testnet.
Open Question: how many nodes for each chain. Would they both be e-Money?
