There seems to be a small typo in the Japanese postprocessing files. In both data/post/jpn-Hira.txt and data/post/jpn-Kana.txt, there is the following rule:
ou -> oː / _
whereas the high back vowel is otherwise always transcribed as /ɯ/ rather than /u/. The rule thus fails to ever apply, leaving words like Tokyo (kana don't seem to render properly here) incorrectly transcribed as /toukʲou/ rather than /toːkʲoː/.
I'll submit a pull request shortly.
