@nospam2998: My general approach is "KISS" and I prefer slow as snails, gradual, calm changes. It would be nice to write up a list of however many ideas and pick only one idea to do first.
I quite like the idea of tweaking some templates and automation around these new issue types instead of labels, and so on.
