Lots of 'Internal server error' after adding Souin to Caddy

The response is simply:

Internal server error and it has 'cache-status: Souin; fwd=bypass; detail=DEADLINE-EXCEEDED' header.

From reading the other issues, it seems like the issue is related to backend connection (I had backend timeout set to 1s).

I can increase that timeout. However, the issue here is that cache-failure is causing the whole request-response to fail.

Instead, this should be a quite failure and just serve the response from the origin.
