I/O Timings can be available in different formats, depending on the version of PG.

Hubert (at Depesz) detailed the different possibilities in this commit

Currently, in PEV2, we only handle the pre PG15 format. Other formats need to be supported. Those values are also not taken into account correctly in JSON.
