[Question] search images without extension - REPLY?

Some time ago I asked this question [https://github.com//issues/522] in order to use dadi CDN what I did is from my client force to put the extension (patch).
Now what I did is run the dadi project in the IDE,
check the code and it is generated using a Promise returning a stream, I don't know if it's the right place!

how can I make it allow to read files (images) without extension?

Note: I don't know much node.js :(
