I noticed the lack of a timer. This is a common feature for retros. Normally my team use to set a time window of 10 or 12 minutes to fill the columns and then start discussing.

I know it's possible to use an external tool, but it would be very nice to have this feature here. Like in a toggle option at the top-right menu.
