Hi!
The usage of wile says that for --with-chain / --separate-chain the default is True:
$ wile cert request --help
[..]
Options:
--with-chain / --separate-chain
Whether to include the certificate's chain
in the output certificate; --separate-chain
implies a separate .chain.crt file,
containing only the signing certificates up
to the root [default: True]
[..]
It would be cool if it said [default: with chain], instead.
Care to change that? Else, would you accept a patch to do that?
