Change Compressor and Decompressor to use more efficient streaming compression context. This also fixes any inconsistencies and supports proper error reporting for invalid data. This change does not otherwise affect the public API except for the minimum PHP requirement. Benchmark results (#24) suggest this improves both compression and decompression performance by ca. 25%.
