The Malcolm landing page and extracted files UI page and documentation are all pretty much in-line with each other with regards to formatting/look and feel.
The local user management interface should be updated so that the header/footer and CSS styling is brought in-line with the upload and landing page. That stuff can be found here.
The tool used for this interface is external to Malcolm. So we need to either make the changes there (probably duplicating some of the style stuff that we've got locally here) or integrate the whole thing into Malcolm.
