this would facilitate logging into Blizzard's remote auction house app. mAuth currently has this functionality.

As per http://www.coffeepowered.net/2010/06/10/flexauth-portable-authentication-for-battle-net/ you shouldn't be using the token on the same device you generate it on. That removes one of the benefits of two-factor authentication, as now someone just needs to compromise that one device and they have both your password and your authentication token.
