@caravan/bitcoin package is re-exporting other package entities creating type conflicts.

I don't have a comprehensive list of everything being re-exported, but I'll sometimes I'll get a type conflict when using PsbtV2 and my IDE has auto-imported it from @caravan/bitcoin instead of @caravan/psbt. I don't think packages should be re-exported this way. Besides type conflicts, it may create issues with versions.
