hi,

I am processing a tomogram which has a hybrid collection scheme: an initial high dose image followed by a tilt series. Thus the zero tilt image is much higher than the rest of the tilt series. Is there a way I can pass this info to AREtomo? I gave it the dose in the angtilts file, however I also need to provide a flag for the dose per tilt while running the job. Will these two conflict? thanks!
