中午吃饭刷到一个抖音，是一个盐焗叫花大龙虾。

那个大龙虾肯定外边买不到，个头太大了，然后放在烤箱里烤了好久，大概3-4个小时。所以我想这样的美食，应该在外边的餐馆里时很难吃到的（除非你认识老板或者厨师）

我们看下餐馆里的菜，都是要快速能做出来的，然后用料么也不用最顶级，因为他是面对大众的，品质要求中上并且一致，不需要那种特别突出的食材。然后烹饪讲究的是快速出菜，对于功夫菜，店家可能有些许镇馆，但大部分应该是走快这条路的，即使是有些师傅拿手的功夫菜，应该也会打个折扣，毕竟做的量大，哪些费时的工序能省就省。

所以老饕或者会吃的，还是要会自己烧。毕竟食材可以控制，为了美味，工夫也是舍得下。如此想来，真的追求吃，还是得去学个厨师自己吃才行。
