I have been able to restore my video file using your tool, but I have some artefacts when scene changes like this:

Is the artefact is generated using your tool or do you think it's in my original file ?
For reference the video I'm trying to restore is a live video streaming recorded using VLC.
I have no artefacts at all on a good file.
