When you have above the recommended number of tools enabled and start a new session, the "Too many tools can degrade performance" popup appears in the bottom right next to the model name a few seconds after you've started typing and takes focus away from the chat input.
In addition to this, pressing space (easily done when typing a message and not responding in time to the popup) invokes the "View Extensions" clickable text, which opens settings. The message is then lost when returning to the chat. The only workaround for this is to always wait for the popup to appear so that you can then re-focus on the chat input uninterrupted.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable enough extensions to go over the recommended 25 tools
Start a new session
Start typing until popup appears
Press space
Expected behavior
Popup should not interrupt typing.

@m-roberts thanks for catching this! I'll look into the spacebar when typing issue. If it helps for now, in the latest version the tool warning shouldn't be popping up automatically and it should be a orange dot (can't see it in your screenshot).
