Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
It would be great to read existing sessions via goose session read, which would render them in a human-readable way, rather than a .jsonl file.

Describe the solution you'd like
Need to look into the code yet, but a simple solution would be to re-use current rendering mechanism, and just make it read-only without ability of sending new messages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively we can write a markdown converter and then render it as just one markdown conversation.
