Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
Users can't currently customize goose's system prompt

We provide a way to extend the system prompt for cli, but not exposed to the user - https://github.com/block/goose/pull/1167/files

Describe the solution you'd like
Users could extend the prompt either through cli or gui

I strongly support this feature request. I have been using Langfuse to trace requests and there is a lot of room for improvement to the system prompt once extensions are installed.

I am using the CLI.
