Is there a particular reason why the templates don't all have the same hashbang at the top?

(Includes !):
https://github.com/biemond/biemond-orautils/blob/master/templates/startWeblogicAdmin.sh.erb#L1

(Doesn't include !):
https://github.com/biemond/biemond-orautils/blob/master/templates/wls/stopNodeManager.sh.erb#L1

Just wanted to check to see if this was by design. Thanks!
