With #190 , we'll now embed reasonable fonts for the languages supported by Modular Avatar (and other NDMF plugins). I've selected one for Japanese, but I don't know enough to select a good font for other languages.
Having another font for CJK languages in particular is really important, as there are UI Elements bugs where, if we take the unity default, some characters will appear bold where they shouldn't, e.g.:
