I was hitting this 404 #1160

And it took me a while to realized that it is coming from kamal proxy. I thought that I had installed another web server that I had forgotten about.

Would be cool, if kamal proxy can have some identifier in the returned HTML or a header like x-powered-by.

Happy to implement, if this makes sense.
