Hello. thanks for Kamal.

My scenario is

using latest kamal 2.
using Github Actions (GHA) to deploy
using . for build context
in scenario 1 adding a .env file during the GHA execution
in scenario 2 modifying a php file during GHA execution
in GHA i do kamal build and kamal deploy --skip-push

Observations:

in scenario 1 the tag generated on the container image is the commit hash
in scenario 2 the tag generated includes the commit hash followed by _uncommitted_<some hash val>
in scenario 2 the deploy fails because the <some hash val> is different on the remote. i.e. when it is trying to pull the image on the remote, the tag is different from what it pushed
i confirm that if i don't modify the php file during GHA execution no suffix is added to the tag

Questions

is this expected behavior? why would i get the suffix in scenario 2 but not 1?
how do i make scenario 2 work with the current workflow i have?
