took naming from closed issues history. please, don't close early, thx
as i like posting into closed bugs (which i can't reopen :( and it's easy to miss them), i'll keep a list here until these are fixed:
- bug: random multiplayer desyncs with mods [need-info] #292

+ event handling is broken (PR300 ready, deps not in) - bug: construction cost is free when stores have 0 required items, i.e. empty (PR312)
- bug: currency is being lost when treasury is full or absent (+debt, PR312)
- ? balance: propose university science recalc by recipe-calculator, etc (numbers are ready, later)
- ? balance: propose to deflate currency to 1
