I'm getting some (apparently) empty envelopes on hosted Bugsink.

Could they actually be empty, or is there some other problem such that the POST data doesn't make it to our server?

SDK/client is sentry.javascript.react 9.11.0

Reminds me of #8 / #9 but this isn't that (I've just confirmed).
Setup is: behind nginx (similar to the single server setup).
