Issue with cached json inputs

While using the tool to interact with multiple contracts, I noticed the tool will try to execute the previous message if I paste a message on the input field.

To "refresh" the input field so the tool takes the correct input (the one just pasted), I need to press format first before querying or executing.

I tried hard refreshing the website but it doesn't help, only the format button does. I believe there's something broken with the app state.
