[Question] about User-Agent in both options and request headers #2243

I've started a download from JSON-RPC, with options.header that countains User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/127.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/127.0.0.0. But if I still set options.referer to Transmission/4.0.0, I wonder which User-Agent is used for this download?
