Show basic usage of each extension in the README.

Organize using same organization as folder structure of code.

Show how to perform the operation without the extension, and then what it looks like with the extension.

Go for it. I have an example of usage for one type of extension. You can follow that example. I recommend small PRs because #61 is likely to conflict with some of your work otherwise.
