In order to avoid some web requests being rejected due to empty user-agent as happened to this user (https://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/12906-builds-suddenly-failing) allow for a user-agent to be added. Perhaps a non-empty user-agent could be used as a default as is done with Invoke-WebRequest
