在 masquerade/proxy 模式下， hysteria2 连接这个网站会使用 TCP/TLS 而不是 QUIC 。
推荐配置是在同一个服务器上利用 nginx 或者 caddy 跑一个不支持 QUIC 的网站， 然后用 hysteria2 的 masquerade/proxy 功能反向代理这个网站。
