What

Run Gumroad's tender offer using Flexile's UX completely.

  • Way to send email outs to certain investors about the buyback
  • Confirm preferred
  • Board consents
  • Signatures from 20% of preferred
  • Resolve tender offer with equilibrium price

Why

  • Use Flexile for end-to-end equity management as a customer would be able to
