I need some CSS modifier to change all websites to dark mode automatically by modifying the source of the web page fetched. If possible, please add some extension like Dark Reader which is available for Firefox and Chrome.

This project is barely developped. You might be able to achieve that with a UserScript, so if you're able to find a GreaseMonkey script that does what you want, that should work in Titanium.
