📝 Description of the feature

nektos act is a tool to run github actions locally.

At least 3 ansys products mention nektos act in their README:
https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aansys+nektos%2Fact&type=code

Should ansys-templates recommend netkos act instead of tox?

Benefits:

  • developers can test github actions settings locally with more reproducible / intersectable configurations
  • developers don't need to mirror and maintain settings for two environments (tox and github actions)

💡 Steps for implementing the feature

  • Remove tox config
  • Add nektos act setup in README
