I have an application that I had outsourced. Upgraded angular and some weird things are happening now. Unfortunately can't retire the application and have a deadline to get this working.

As window gets larger and scroll bar from tasks disappear the side panel gets covered. Only happens on initial load. After adjusting from and to dates the side panel appears again even with no scroll bar. Very odd. Anyone know where to look on this. Here is the issue happening:
