Update Grype to a modern version#102

As of this writing, the project is using Grype v0.7.0.

Since Grype v0.7.0 was released, several Grype releases have been published, with a lot of improvements.

We should update this project to use as current a Grype release as is feasible.

Important: Be sure to check for breaking data shape changes in Grype's output.
