Description
A colleague points out that bt seems to refer to aboveground biomass, but the description is somewhat ambiguous to this case. I think AGB models are more common that total biomass (e.g., agb + bgb), so we will continue to use bt as the default case. A "total" biomass name will be added when it is necessary.
