You can now install packages in unity directly from git.
It could be useful for newcommers to update instructions to install:

  1. Open Window > Package Manager
  2. Click the "Add" button and select Install package from git url
  3. Paste the url for the package:
    https://github.com/alexismorin/Light-Probe-Populator.git?path=/com.alexismorin.lightprobepopulator@1.0.0
  4. Profit
