Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If someone changes the biome with ChangeBiome and then deletes the claim, the biome can't be accurately restored. At the moment GPF doesn't even make an attempt at restoring the biome.
Describe the solution you'd like
I don't want to deal with NMS within GPF. I know Worldedit has regen code. I should be able to hook into that and “just mask out block changes. need to pass the biome flag tho”
