How to configure deploy local transfert method download app access

@NobuT Not sure to understand the question but if the question is through the UI how to have a local folder with the generated template : go to Preferences -> General -> Customize output folder. Close the preference and then generate a template, it will generated in this folder locally, instead of a temporary folder and without doing the upload part.

Please precise your question and contexte.
For local I can imagine two usages but ignore the Transfert method with FTP or FCP :

Thank you, I want to use it in the LAN, for example, under the same router, others access my ip address, visit 192.168.1.119 to download ipa
