📌 Component Overview

Set up the foundational layout of the Community Ink frontend project using Next.js and ShadCN UI. This includes:

Creating /app/layout.tsx
Adding globals.css styling
Initializing basic folder structure

Create layout.tsx with basic <html> and <body> structure
Apply Tailwind and ShadCN class-based styling
Setup favicon and metadata
