Bug Description

When I enable Dark mode and view the templates page
http://localhost:3000/settings/templates
The styling is inconsistent.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Enable Dark Mode
  2. Browse to http://localhost:3000/settings/templates

Expected Behavior

I would expect the styling to be consistent

Actual Behavior

The templates pane is illegible and not styled the same way.
