Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Add model using "Add Model" option in Models page with provider as azure-openai-model-provider, target model as dall-e-3 and usage as Image Generation

  2. Use "Default Model Aliases" to set the newly added model as default.

Notice that there are 2 entries for dall-e-3 model and no way to tell which provider they are related to

Expected Behavior:
We should be able to append the model provider as well along with the model name in the list.

A similar issue was addressed - https://github.com/otto8-ai/otto8/issues/613

This issue is no seen anymore.

Model provider is shown along with the models in Default Model Aliases page now.
