FreeBSD ping allows to set 3600s as max timeout, while the default value in the-bastion is 86400.

ping: invalid timeout: `86400' > 3600

I suggest to change the default value in bin/plugin/open/ping to 3600 that is long enough and works on all OSes without additional params.
